About 4pm Saturday afternoon my sister and I were driving down Idaho street. Our niece saw a police officer with a sniper rifle. Thought we would park and watch.

WOW , you are nosy! get a life and stay out of others. Apparently this situation did not concern you.
That is obviously a M16 / AR-15 type of Assault Rifle. It is not a "sniper" rifle. Next time do try to include sound. Since this person is a You News reporter, they have every right to videotape the police. Be careful, though.

Where's the sound? My speaker is turned up & so is the speaker in this video. Without sound, I have no idea what happened once the officers & the man in cuffs, disappeared out of sight.
