This driver will have a expensive wrecker bill after breaking through the guardrail to get a closer look at the ice forming on the Snake River. The driver appeared to be alright although a bit shaken late Monday afternoon on Highway 12 just a few miles west of Clarkston (12/22/08). The roads warranted slowing down due to the recent snow fall in the valley.
