Car and Semi Accident in Moscow Idaho

Moscow Auto was called for a traffic accident at about 3 am in the morning. What was said is the person driving the mercedes ran the red light. As he was going to run the red light the semi tried to move over hoping he was probably going to stop and still the car hit the semi shoving him down the side of the building and hitting a tree, uprooting it. Everyone had to wait for a crane to come and hold onto the semi while Moscow Auto removed the vehicle. The rane then had moved the chip truck to another semi and the trailer was taken away. Two other cranes then picked up the semi and loaded it onto a flatbed trailer.

Sounds like...excellent defensive driving by the trucker, and also sounds like the Mercedes driver needs some jail time?

What about the Drivers of the vehicles? BASIC news should tell us what, WHO, how, when, where, and it they are good, WHY. Where is the rest of the story?
