Two car collision on Normal Hill

Location: 8th st. and 9th ave Normal Hill

A Green Subaru Legacy was headed north bound on 8th street monday evening when it collided with a Green Chevy cavalier parked on the side of the road. The driver of the Legacy was an elderly gentleman who appeared to be driving with his headlights off. LPD and Fire responded and the elderly gentlman was transported by ambulence to St Joes for a Laceration recived to his right arm. His condition is Unknown.
