ML Albright's waste oil creating environmental hazard. Walked over to Albrights company and asked if they had an oil leak and was told no. Called sherriff and county declared oil leak as environmental hazard notifing DEQ and EPA. Albright then said they had a small oil spil and are trying to contain oil leaking into creek beds.
