SEATTLE -- Single game tickets for regular season Seattle Seahawks home games sold out in minutes Sunday.

The team capped season tickets at 62,000 and the 98 percent season ticket renewal rate this offseason was the highest in franchise history, the team announced.

While the team no longer has any tickets, fans found that in the online marketplace, they were competing against resellers.

One reseller, Ticket Exchange, has 3,500 tickets for the game against the rival San Francisco 49ers for anywhere from $300 to nearly $10,000.

StubHub is offering 3,700 tickets -- that's a little less than 10 percent of the entire stadium up for resale from two outlets.

"I think we'll try going down that route," said Andrew Engelhard. "But at the same time I don't want to necessarily encourage that behavior because I feel that behavior is what's caused the quick sellouts."

The team does say they have limited amount of tickets for the preseason games against Oakland and Denver.
