The energy in Centurylink stadium spurs Seahawks on to a win
SEATTLE, WA – Jumping to the ‘big boys’ of the NFL the Seattle Seahawks faced what will be one of the toughest opponents they may play all season in the San Francisco 49ers, and the MVP of this game should go to either Marshawn Lynch or the “Twelfth Man’

In the third Quarter, Marshawn ‘Beast Mode’ Lynch furthered the amazing day he had on the ground with a 14-yard touchdown run to put the ‘Hawks’ up 12-0. He finished the game with 98 yards and two touchdowns.

He played a factor in the passing game as well as Russell Wilson lobbed it up to him while under pressure, he eventually decided to cross the goal line, Hawks up 19-3.

Now how about some great defense, ‘Niners’ quarterback Colin Kaepernick tried to hit his tight end Vernon Davis on the streak down the right side, but all-star cornerback Richard Sherman made a leaping grab for the beautiful pick and the crowd is loved it.

Finally, the ‘Beast Mode’ got going again, Marshawn Lynch from two yards out ran two yards into the end zone, and with that run we had our final, Seattle won it 29-3 over conference rival San Francisco.

Though the team played well, the team was beyond happy with Seattle’s ‘Twelfth Man’, the crowd, as they tried to break a sound record on the night of the big win!

“What an amazing night for the ‘Twelfth Man,’ said Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll. “Unbelievable. I’ve been coaching for a long time, and back at UOP it didn’t sound like that. I’ve never heard a crowd like that and that was so cool to see them elevate for the night and really sustain it all night long, I mean for me that’s really the first thing to talk about, what a fricken night!”

“Just the energy in that stadium, it makes a huge difference,” said Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. “Just the energy in that stadium, it makes a huge difference for us, I believe. They bring energy to us, the fans, they do a great job on making it tough on the other team’s offense, and so it’s a big factor for us.”

The 2-0 Seahawks will have a very real chance to get another big win, as always with the help of the ‘Twelfth Man,’ when the Jacksonville Jaguars come to town this Sunday with a 1:25 p.m. scheduled kickoff!

Speaking of the twelfth man, they were trying to break a world record, and they succeeded in the 49ers, Seahawks game Sunday, the people of the Guinness Book of World Records were at the game to measure the decibel levels of the stadium as it tried to make the loudest crowd noise in the world, and they succeeded. After the Marshawn Lynch walk-in touchdown, the crowd broke a world record that it had broken just an hour before by registering a whopping 136.6 decibels!

The previous crowd-roar record was 131.76 decibels, set during a 2011 soccer match in Turkey. Also, the official attendance at Centurylink was 68,338; a stadium record. Congrats to the twelfth man on such a huge accomplishment, and possibly more importantly, helping the ‘Hawks’ to their big win!
