CLARKSTON, Wa- "He's works as hard as anybody," said Bantam Head Coach Bruce Bensching. "He's a great person to be around. He's very responsible. He's going to be one of the leaders on the team that hopefully we can depend on whenever we need too."

Clarkston's Randall Hansen is wrapping up his senior year playing baseball for the Bantams. Hansen's had a fabulous high school career, one he'll remember for quite awhile.

"This year, you couldn't ask for more," said Hansen. "It was really fun. I'm going to miss it."

The senior athlete competed for the Clarkston football team last fall, but these days spends his free time on the baseball field.

"I like hitting, but I just like the whole atmosphere of it," said Hansen.

Hansen says he wouldn't be the athlete he is today if it wasn't for the support he's received from some very special people.

"My dad and my whole family," said Hansen. "And Justin Jones helped me a lot. Plus a couple of my coaches."

This senior Bantam has this advice for future Clarkston athletes.

"Work hard, keep your grades up and do your best," said Hansen.

Hansen plans to head to college after graduating from CHS, but first wants to go out with a bang!

"I want get back to the playoffs again this year and hopefully get a state championship," said Hansen.
