Colby Ruark.
"I just hit a guy wrong and messed it up a little bit," said Ruark. "But I'm back on the field and that's all that matters."
Friday was Rue's first game back following a dislocated shoulder. He rushed for an impressive 281 yards and completed two touchdowns. But this junior running back is one modest star.
"I get all the credit in the paper and whatnot, but it's all the lineman," said Ruark. "They're the ones opening the holes."
He's young yet, but plans to play ball at the next level once he leaves Clarkston High. But for now, he's keeping his eye on the prize.
"Winning league is one of the top goals, and then just develop as a team since we're young," said Ruark. "Get better so next year even we're going to do pretty well."
