Prep Athlete Intro Text

Each week, beginning in September, KLEW-TV and Roosters Waterfront Restaurant will recognize the skill and dedication of our area prep athletes by selecting a "Prep Athlete of the Week" from area high schools.

The selected Prep Athlete will be featured during KLEW-TV's Wednesday "Action News at 6" with a special story that will highlight the student’s athletic accomplishments.

Featured athletes will also receive an engraved plaque in recognition of this accomplishment.

Everyone is encouraged to nominate their favorite athlete. Please help us in encouraging students, parents, coaches & teachers in nominating and recognizing these outstanding athletes.
