The event is held to raise money for the clubs' Scholarship Committee.
The fundraising event originally started back in the 1960's and while taking home a Thunderbird is no longer possible, the prizes at stake are still pretty enticing.
"$110 gets you in," said Lewiston Boys and Girls Club Development Director Brian Bartels. "And you get to play at both country clubs in Lewiston and Clarkston plus food and tee prizes and just a lot of fun."
Lewiston Club Director of Operations Brad Overberg said 82 golfers are currently signed up to take part in this weekend's festivities and with the deadline being Friday at 5:00 PM, Overberg added the more the merrier.
"Well we feel it's pretty important obviously," said Bartels. "These kids come here to find a place to learn and grow and to become better citizens and that's what we're trying to do here. So, anyone that can help us do that we appreciate it."
