LEWISTON - With a crowd on hand last Friday at Vollmer Bowl, those who knew Bruce and Marilyn Sweeney were on hand to help commemorate and remember their legacy.

A major proponent of the sport, Bruce Sweeney, along with his wife Marilyn, went to great lengths to show their appreciation of the sport, including a generous donation to the Lewiston School District of $50,000 for new field seating.
