Women's basketball dominates weekly awards

LEWISTON, ID - You can add Idaho and Washington State into the mix as area Universities made a clean sweep in women's basketball weekly honors.

Vandals sophomore Alyssa Charlston picked up the WAC Player of the Week honors. During the Montana Invitational she averaged 18 points while shooting 50% from the field and 71 percent from three-point range.

Jazmine Perkins picked up the honors for the Cougs. The senior guard averaged 13 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals per games as Wazzu swept Oregon and Oregon State in the opening weekend of PAC-12 play.
