PULLMAN, WA - Sticking with the Cougs, having a high-powered air attack obviously means you need a lot of talent to throw too.

Fortunately for the Cougs, they'll have one of their weapons for another year as senior receiver Vince Mayle. Mayle has been granted an additional year of eligibility by the NCAA. Mayle, who is in his first season with the Cougs, has played in all 10 games, catching 32 passes for 423 yards and five touchdowns.

His two previous competitive college seasons had been in basketball at Shasta Community College and football at Sierra College, both in California. Following an appeal process to receive an additional year, the NCAA approved the request on Friday.
