The violation stems from Mizell's arrest over the weekend in connection with a fight at a fraternity house. Pullman police say Mizell was arrested Sunday on misdemeanor charges of assault and trespassing after he tried enter a party at the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house on Saturday night. When he was denied entry, police say Mizell punched one of the members and fled. This isn't his first discipline problem at Wazzu as he has had several in the past. In his last season with the Cougs, Mizell played in 10 games, recording 56 tackles, three sacks and two fumble recoveries.
