WSU Women’s Soccer coach will head for USC
PULLMAN, WA - A huge part of the cougar women's amazing soccer season was due to their spectacular coaching, which apparently was noticed elsewhere.

Washington State Women's Soccer Head Coach Keidane McAlpine has left the school after just two seasons to become the head coach of USC’s women's soccer team. The 2013 squad had one of its best seasons under McAlpine, going 14-3-4, and hosted the first NCAA tournament game in Pullman in a decade.

In his two years as head coach, McAlpine guided the program to a 26-9-6 record and back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances. Both tournament appearances ended in the first round in penalty kicks.

No word yet on who will replace him.
