LEWISTON, ID - Many challenges face LCSC women's basketball head coach Brian Orr next season, one of them being trying to replace the duo of Alyssa Fierro and Kirsi Voshell.

In their Warrior careers, Fierro and Voshell each put up more than 1,200 points and 1,000 rebounds. While it may seem like an impossible task to replace such a duo, coach Orr is hoping the recent signings of 6'2" Ornela Bacchini and 6'3" Laurenna Plourd will be a step in the right direction.

"When we signed Onella, we knew we got somebody with a ton of experience," said Orr. "With that being said, certainly this next season is going to be a change for us. It's going to be a new look because we have so many new players."

Bacchini and Plourd join Caitlin Carr, a 6'0" forward-post player from Mountainview High School in Auburn, Wash., as a part of the 2012 recruiting class.
