Toomer compares coaches
RENTON, WA - While most things change when you make the transition from college football to the NFL, some stay the same, including your coach...sort of.
For Korey Toomer, he is use to a fun, excited, caring, and strong willed head coach. While Pete Carroll's voice is vastly different from that of Idaho head coach Robb Akey, Toomer said his new coach reminds him a lot of his old coach.
"He reminds me of Coach Akey," said Toomer. "Coach Akey is a player's coach as well and that's how Pete is. He just loves to have fun and wants us to have fun on the field. When you have fun, you play good."
