COLTON, WA - Monday afternoon several kids took part in the Straughan Air It Out Academy.

The annual camp is put on by Gene Straughan along with his sons Josh and Jake. The focus of the one day event is on working with quarterbacks and receivers in grades third through twelfth.

For Colton Richardson of Sacajawea Junior High, it was a chance to fine tune his skills with the Wildcats most prolific passer, Josh Straughan.

"It helps me out a lot just getting up here," said Richardson. "Everybody is helping especially when I'm the only one (quarterback) up here."

For Josh, it was a chance to pass along his skills before leaving to play at Stillman College.

Josh heads down to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to begin his college career at the end of this week.
