Unfortunately Cougars fall short with Stanford victory 69 – 56
PULLMAN, WA - A big Pac-12 match-up went down just up the hill in Pullman this past Saturday.

The Stanford Cardinal men traveled from California to take on the Cougars of Washington State University. Stanford's Anthony Brown scored a career-high 30 points and went 10 of 11 from the free-throw line.

On the Cougar side, Que Johnson had 14 points and four 3-pointers, while Davonté Lacy was far below his 19-point-eight point scoring average with13 points.

Stanford scored 17 points off nine Washington State turnovers and outscored the Cougars 20-12 in the paint, which unfortunately lead to the fourth straight loss for the Cougar men, and Stanford wins it 69-56.

The 9-16 Cougs will hope to rebound at Oregon State this Thursday.
