NAIA Coach's Top-25 Poll ranks LCSC No.3

NAIA Coach's Top-25 Poll ranks LCSC No.3
LEWISTON, ID - It really seems unfair, but our local college baseball team has once again fallen in the ranks.

Despite winning 17 of their last 18 games, the Lewis-Clark State baseball team has dropped from second to third place in the NAIA Coach's Top-25 Poll. The new ranking almost seems unfair as rival coach's will look for any excuse to drop the ranking of the 2014 NAIA World Series host.

L-C Head Coach Jeremiah Robbins says-quote- "Disappointed in the ranking but I know what my team can do. We will be fine wherever we are ranked."-unquote.

The Warriors are 35-6 overall and 24-4 in NAIA west region play, and took three of four games from Corban University at Harris Field last weekend to wrap their regular-season home slate.

They'll play a four-game series in Nampa against Northwest Nazarene University starting Thursday.
