LEWISTON, ID - Despite coming in second place in the Frontier Conference tournament, the L-C Women's Basketball team will still play in the championship tournament, partially thanks to a few special players.

Three Lewis-Clark State College women's basketball players were honored by the Frontier Conference on Wednesday for their outstanding seasons. Junior Tanis Fuller was honored with an All-Frontier Conference First Team Selection. She led the Warriors with 15.1 points and 6.6 rebounds per game during the season and was 13th in all of NAIA Division-1 by making 52% of her field goal attempts. Fuller was joined by freshman of the year Caelyn Orlandi and All-Conference Second Team selection Brittaney Niebergall. Orlandi averaged 11.6 points per game in her first collegiate season and was third in the nation in free throw percentage, making 78 of 90 attempts from the stripe for 87%. Niebergall averaged 11.8 points and nearly five assists per game for the Warriors while leading the conference in steals.
