District 9 1B/2B track meet draws eight Washington teams
CLARKSTON, WA - We saw a little sprinkle from the weather Wednesday, but that didn't stop the track athletes from coming out.

It turned out to be a lovely day in Clarkston for the District-9, 1 and 2-B track meet where eight Washington schools came out looking for gold. Looking at the results, one school clearly ran away with first place in both the girl's and guy's competitions.

Starting with the ladies, third place goes to Desales with 54 points, second to Tekoa-Oakesdale with 63.5, and your first place team would be the Asotin lady Panthers who dominated with an overwhelming 254.5.

Looking at the guys, Desales would take third with 71 points, second goes to Waitsburg-Prescott with 127.5 points, and first place once again, would go to Asotin, with a big time 230.5 points. Congrats to Asotin in this early track season.
