MOSCOW, ID - The Vandals have made a big change to one of their most successful programs.

The University of Idaho has hired Tim Cawley, Monday, as the new Director of Track and Field and Cross Country. Cawley was an 11-year Assistant Track and Field Coach at Colorado State University. In addition to his collegiate experience, he's spent time on the international level coaching Olympian Janay DeLoach, who won an Olympic bronze medal at London games in the long jump.

Upon being hired, Cawley said, quote, "my wife, Cathleen, and I are extremely excited for this opportunity. We are excited to be Vandals and are looking forward to getting to work with a great group of student-athletes" unquote.
