Bantams prepare to host Bears
CLARKSTON, WA - The Clarkston Bantams are getting ready to host the Moscow Bears in their season opener on Friday.

The Bantams look like a force to be reckoned with this year returning many players from last fall was well as the addition of players from the JV squad.

When talking about their opponent, Clarkston head coach Dave Curtis said the score on Moscow's loss to Grangeville was not an indicator of how that entire game went. Curtis also said the Bears may hold an advantage of his team.

"They've had 10 more practices than we've had," said Curtis. "They've had another game ahead of us and that's an advantage having that. I think that those kids play hard and we're expecting a tough game."

Kickoff between Moscow and Clarkston is scheduled for 7pm Friday night on Adams Field.
