MOSCOW, ID - So it may have looked like the Vandal football team was having a rebuilding year in 2013, but that doesn't mean the team didn't have talent.

University of Idaho, senior running back James Baker has been selected to compete in the Medal of Honor Bowl, which is an all-star game for draft-eligible seniors. Baker is one of three running backs competing for the national team, which will be led by Head coach Chan Gailey.

The Deerfield, Florida native finished his career at Idaho with 983 rushing yards and 1,236 all-purpose yards. He had his best game as a Vandal with 150 yards on 23 carries at Arkansas State this past season.

The Medal of Honor Bowl kicked off Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. the game benefits the wounded warrior project and the medal of honor museum.
