Backups for Seahawks win if for Seattle

Backups for Seahawks win if for Seattle
SEATTLE, WA – America is getting pumped because NFL football is finally back!

Week three in preseason football, let’s go!

Seattle Seahawks vs. the Green Bay Packers and here are two of the best quarterbacks out there in Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson.

Let’s get to some of the first half action.

First quarter Wilson in his second year has got some wheels, takes off and does the smart thing here as he slides down for a gain of 13 yards. Couple of plays later, despite that speed, he cannot escape ‘The Predator”, that’s Green Bay’s Clay Matthews who gets him for the sack.

Let’s take a look at the other offense, Rodgers, arguably the best quarterback in the league, there’s big gain here as he hits Jermichael Finley and has a gain of 22 yards.

Second quarter, Russell Wilson’s pass is deflected by Nick Perry and winds up in the hands of Casey Howard for the pick. But it didn’t matter in the end, as the backups for the Seahawks win it for Seattle, 17-10.

The Seahawks last preseason game will be against the lowly Raiders next week, so that should be a win by any standards.
