Over the weekend, the Idaho football team held the annual Silver and Gold game.

With his last chance to prove he's still the best QB the Vandals have on their roster, Nathan Enderle had a strong showing last Friday completing 7-of-12 passes for 121 yards.

Just across the border, Washington State held their last practice of the spring. For the most part, the defense dominated the final scrimmage.

After rushing for 185 yards during the first scrimmage, the defense held WSU's ground game to just 69 on Saturday.

The play of the day though came by Xavier Hicks. The senior safety just annihilated Easton Johnson coming across the middle. While Kevin Lopina saw a majority of time undercenter. The only player to find the endzone was backup Dan Wagner. He hooked up with Andrei Lintz for a 38-yard score.

When it was all said an done. Head Coach Paul Wulff said WSU is leaving this spring as a better football team.
