Nellis responds with creating task force to review students' issues
MOSCOW, ID - The University of Idaho has announced the formation of two task forces in response the recent student deaths connected with alcohol abuse.

U of I President Duane Nellis said the task forces are to access the university's substance abuse policies and to take a closer look at the relationship the university has with Greek life on campus. Nellis said in a statement released earlier Thursday that while it is true substance abuse is a national problem, it's the school's duty to regularly examine how they handle the issue so that they can do everything possible to help students make wise choices. Reports for both task forces are expected to be completed by late Spring.
