“Rendezvous for Kids” 2-day arts festival needs volunteers
MOSCOW, ID - Up on the Palouse, one of the biggest events of the summer is Rendezvous in the Park and it’s only a week away.

The outdoor concert series is at Moscow’s East City Park and this year it’ll last from Friday the18th till Sunday the 20th. Rendezvous is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization, and they’re still looking for volunteers to help out with the “Rendezvous for Kids” festival next Thursday and Friday.

“It’s a during the day event, they get lunch and they get snacks, and they get a T-shirt and it’s an arts and experience that they get to go through with some local artists and musicians that put on some workshops for them,” said Rendezvous in the Park Board Member Scott Fedale.

If you’d like to volunteer, call 208-882-1178. If you’d like to register your kid for the arts festival, go to Rendezvous-in-the-Park-dot-com. You can also buy your tickets on that site. The entire event is family friendly. This will be the 32nd Rendezvous, and this year’s headliners include the Hog Heaven Big Band, The Washington-Idaho Symphony, and the platinum-selling alternative rock band Dishwalla.
