PULLMAN, WA - Three people are recovering from minor injuries after a collision with a train Sunday in Whitman County.

It happened on Granite Road about half a mile east of Boyer Park. Deputies report that just before 4:30 p.m. 23-year-old Caleb Bravard didn't see the oncoming train until he was crossing the tracks. The train was traveling just under 40-miles an hour, and hit the driver's side of the car, knocking it off the tracks and causing it to roll onto the drivers side.

Bravard and his two passengers were taken to Whitman Community Hospital. No one on the train was injured.
