MOSCOW, ID - A man accused of helping cover up the disappearance of Rachel Anderson could be released from jail on bond once again.

David Stone, 50, appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, and Second District Judge Jeff Brudie agreed to consider a reinstatement of Stone's bond.

Stone was most recently put in Latah County Jail without bond in March when he violated a no-contact order that prohibited him from contacting his ex-wife. Stone was released from jail on bail after entering a plea agreement with the State in December. He agreed to help investigators locate the remains of Rachel Anderson, a Clarkston women that went missing in 2010, and to testify against Anderson's husband, Charles Capone.

Judge Brudie said he'll issue a written statement if he decides to reinstate Stone's bond.
