Orlandi will undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation before sentencing.
LEWISTON, ID - Sentencing for a Lewiston man has been put on hold pending a psycho-sexual evaluation.

David Lorence Orlandi, 32, pleaded guilty to five of eleven counts of child exploitation. Tuesday, Orlandi appeared in court to be sentenced for those crimes. However, the court is waiting for Orlandi to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation prior to handing down a sentence.

"He does have an appointment for Thursday and Friday or this week," said Defense Attorney, Greg Hurn. "I've also talked to Dr. Lombard to confirm that and so were asking for a continuance."

The judge did grant that continuance and scheduled sentencing for March sixth. Each count carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison and-or a $10,000 fine.
