Snake bite victim who made national news fails to register as sex offender
CLARKSTON, WA - Earlier this summer a local man was bitten by a rattlesnake at the Clarkston Walmart, causing a media frenzy that took his story all the way around the country.
Now that same man, Mica Craig, is charged with one count of failing to register as a sex offender in Asotin County. The crime is a class C felony and if convicted, Craig could spend up to five years in prison. Craig was convicted of felony rape in1992 while living in Idaho.
