Choirs spread holiday cheer by Christmas caroling at nursing homes
PULLMAN, WA - Lincoln Middle School choir groups are bringing some extra holiday cheer to senior living facilities in Pullman this week.

Tuesday morning, the middle schoolers made a trip to the Whitman Senior Living Community to sing Christmas carols. Nearly a hundred students packed the dining area to sing some traditional holiday favorites.

"We've been working on carols and we want to like do things for the community, and so we thought sharing with the seniors would be a nice way to do something," said Lincoln Middle School Seventh Grader Alysen Coyle.

This is an annual event for the choir, and the students get the chance to chat with the seniors after their performance. Another Lincoln Middle School choir group will visit the Bishop Place Senior Living Facility Wednesday afternoon.
