Winter & Wright charged with neglecting a vulnerable adult resulting in death.
MOSCOW, ID - The Moscow couple accused of allowing a man in their care to starve to death were back in court Thursday.

Charles Wright, 24, and 21-year old Lindsey Winter face several felony charges related to the November death of 67-year old Lee Pohrman of Moscow.

He was found unresponsive in their trailer and in deplorable conditions. He was later pronounced dead at Gritman Medical Center with the cause of death determined as malnutrition.

They are also accused of stealing $50,000 from him and fraudulently claiming $11,000 in food stamps.
