U of I Hockey Team needs new uniforms since theft in Spokane
Moscow, ID -- At least one thief stole hockey equipment from a University of Idaho player's pickup truck and then took off in the vehicle, Saturday.
Officials said the players were visiting a home in Spokane Friday night when the suspects targeted their truck. Police tracked down the vehicle to rural Spokane County, but thousands of dollars, worth of equipment was missing. Deputies say it appears the truck was also used to commit a separate burglary. The players spent Saturday scrambling to prepare for a night game against Washington State. While only some of the player's gear was taken, all of the uniforms are gone.
You can help the team out by contacting the University's Athletic Department.

How about we just take the monies needed from the Music Department or from the Vet program. Â After all, those are just educational programs and what is important is keeping the Hockey or Football or Basketball or Baseball program running. Â Isn't it about time that we tried educating our children and young adults rather than attempting to produce the largest number of pro-sports draft candidates?
