MOSCOW, ID - One of the men accused of killing Rachel Anderson will appear in court Wednesday for a change of plea hearing.

David Stone, 50, is expected to enter a plea agreement Wednesday afternoon at the Latah County Courthouse. Stone and 52-year-old Charles Capone both face a number of charges in relation to the disappearance of Rachael Anderson of Clarkston. Charges include first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Anderson was last seen in April 2010 and her body has never been found. At the time of her disappearance, she and Capone were going through a divorce. Capone's trial is scheduled for March 31st, and we'll continue to keep you up-to-date on the prosecution of both men.
