State retries case after mistrial for alleged accomplice of Lancer Lances robbery
ASOTIN, WA - A new trial has been set for 33-year old James Nollette who's accused of being Wilcoxon's accomplice in the Lancer Lanes burglary.

A mistrial was declared in his case because the jury couldn't come to a unanimous decision. The state had the choice of dismissing his charges or re-try him, and Monday they decided to move forward with another hearing.

"I have some additional interviews I need to do but at this point I will leave it to the defense or the court judgment whether to select a trial date today and or in another couple weeks," said Asotin County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Curt Liedkie.

Nollette is accused of giving Wilcoxon specific information about the security of the casino. The trial is set for March 25th.
