Skelton pleads not guilty  to two counts of child molestation
ASOTIN, WA - Joseph James Skelton, 40, pleaded not guilty Monday morning, to two counts of child molestation in the first degree.

The charges are based upon allegations of sexual contact with a girl younger than 12-years-old. Each class A felony carries a $50,000 fine, and if convicted he could spend life in prison.

The relation to the alleged victim is unknown at this time. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 3rd.
