Six-Year Transportation Plan approved by Clarkston City Council

Six-Year Transportation Plan approved by Clarkston City Council
CLARKSTON, WA - Clarkston City Council members approved six different road construction projects that may begin anytime in the next six-years.

The six projects will cost more than $3-million dollars. Public Works Director Jim Martin said it’s a wish list, but everything on it needs to be done. Some of the projects include improving safety routes around Grantham Elementary School, improving safety and the movement of traffic at the Walmart--Costco intersection and several resurfacing projects.

Council members adopted the six-year transportation plan at their meeting Monday evening, at this point there's no set date for the projects to begin. Martin said that depends on how much funding they can get for each project.
