LEWISTON, ID - A man accused of possessing child pornography is now headed to district court.

Kevin Schnell faces15 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Under the recommendation of Defense Attorney Greg Hurn, Schnell waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

"Based on that we'll bind the matter to appear in front of Judge Brudie next Wednesday, November 20th at 9a.m.," said Nez Perce County Judge Gaskill.

Each count comes with a maximum penalty of ten years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
