The Salvation Army invites everyone to Christmas Dinner
LEWISTON, ID - Local organizations are opening their doors to those in need and community members this Christmas.

The Salvation Army in Lewiston is preparing for a Christmas feast that will be of no cost to the public. Captain Peggy Guthrie said they welcome anyone to join in on the festivities, regardless of socio-economic background or spiritual preferences.

"The need is still here in the valley, many people are lonely, that are low income families, or regular income families," said Guthrie. "It does not matter. If you want to have a time of fun and salvation come and join us."

The Christmas dinner will run from 11:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army in Lewiston.
