The 19th annual Scramble for Health pits teams of four against other members of the community to raise money for the foundation.
LEWISTON, ID - The cardiovascular services department is the main beneficiary for this year's St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Foundation fundraiser.

The 19th annual Scramble for Health pits teams of four against other members of the community to raise money for the foundation, that assists various departments in the hospital.

Executive Director of the foundation Doug Barton said they hope to raise $45,000 this year through the help of the community.

"When we say that it's not only about golf but it's also about supporting the foundation, which is supporting programs that are going to give enhanced quality of life for people, that makes a difference," said Barton.

There's still time to sign up for the scramble, if you'd like to play Saturday at the Lewiston Golf and Country Club. Registration starts at 10:30, with a shotgun start at noon.

For more information you can find them on Facebook at St. Joseph RMC Foundation.
