Former WSU administrator will be sentenced in February.
COLFAX, WA - A former Washington State University administrator is back in jail awaiting sentencing after entering a plea agreement with the state.

Judson Preece, 50, pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree child molestation at the Whitman County Courthouse Friday afternoon. That's a class B felony, and Preece could face a maximum of ten years in prison and a $20,0000 fine.

Preece was arrested last August for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl. He was later charged with another count of child molestation, however it was dropped as part of the plea agreement.

Preece is scheduled to be sentenced on February 28th and he'll remain in the Whitman County Jail until that time. Preece worked for the WSU Alumni Association as the Senior Associate Director of Membership Services.
