Photos: Meerkat kits Frick and Frack debut at Wash. zoo

The two were born to Darwin on Feb. 3 and weigh about 140 and 150 grams. That’s around 5 ounces for one, 6 ounces for the other. The little ones weigh about the same as two-thirds of a cup of water. Adult meerkats are typically 1 ½ to 2 pounds each and around 14 inches long, plus the length of their tails.
