Moscow man accused of murder now faces a lesser charge
MOSCOW, ID - The man accused of murdering Moscow resident Charles McMichael will have his charge reduced during his preliminary hearing later this month.

Nathaniel Nisbet, 28, of Moscow was arrested in November at the Bel Air Mobile Home Park. Moscow Police said he shot McMichael multiple times in the chest. Nisbet was originally charged with first degree murder, but Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson said the charge was recently reduced because additional evidence shows the murder wasn't premeditated.

Nisbet now faces a second degree murder charge. His preliminary hearing is set for December 19th.
