Nisbet pleads not guilty to second degree murder at arraignment
MOSCOW, ID - The Moscow man accused of shooting Charles McMichael to death now has a jury trial scheduled.

It will start March 18th at the Latah County Courthouse. Nathaniel Nisbet was arraigned Monday afternoon. He pleaded not guilty to second degree murder, a felony that's punishable by ten years to life in prison.

Moscow Police arrested Nisbet in November at the Bel Air Mobile Home Park. They said he shot McMichael multiple times in the chest.

His jury trial is scheduled to start on March 18th, and Latah County Prosecutor, Bill Thompson said he expects it to last three to four days.
