MOSCOW, ID - The man accused of killing Moscow resident Charles McMichael on Sunday is being held at the Latah County Jail without bond while he awaits his preliminary hearing.

Nathaniel Nisbet, 28, of Moscow made his first appearance at the Latah County Courthouse Tuesday morning. According to Moscow Police, Nisbet was arrested on Sunday afternoon at the Bel Air Mobile Home Park after he shot McMichael multiple times in the chest.

Nisbet's preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 22nd at
9:00 a.m.
