LEWISTON, ID - Fair board members are contemplating changes to their rules for people who'd like to rent out the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds for concerts.

More than 70-people called LPD about loud noise and disturbing language coming from the Tech N9ne concert Monday night. It was held outside at the fairgrounds where more than 400 people attended.

Fair Manager Mike Orton said he's working closely with the persecutors office, county commissioners and the fair board to re-visit their rules and guidelines for how they rent their facilities to concerts.

"We're not sure yet, how we'll address concerts, until we get the verbiage on that; whether we have concerts again or not, we don't know," said Orton.

Orton said the police department did not shut down the concert because they wanted to avoid riots that could've caused injuries.
